Tuition— Tuition is paid monthly on the first day of the month the child attends school. Tuition may only be paid in check (payable to Livingston Academy) or cash. Tuition INCLUDES twice a week mandarin enrichment for 3yr+. There is a $50 late fee if paid after the 10th of the month.

Sibling Discount— Our sibling discount is 25% off for the first month tuition for the least expensive tuition rate per family.

 

Lunch—Lunch is NOT included in tuition. You can either pack lunch for your kids or order from Catering Solutions on the days you need. They will be delivered to the center packed and hot. Please see the page for lunch catering program.

Deposit and Registration—There is an annual registration fee of $100 per child. We require a one-time $500 deposit for each child enrolled at Livingston Academy. The deposit is refundable at leaving due to any reason with tuition being paid off.

Vacation Credit— Each family will get two-week vacation credit each school year. To receive the credit, families MUST give 15 days’ notice prior to time off. For longer vacations, please inform us your plans as early as possible and we’ll revise each case scenario and it will be based on availability at the time.

Late pick-up—There is a late pick-up fee of $15 for the first 15 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter. Because our faculty have families, responsibilities and commitments outside of Livingston Academy, consistent late pickups may result in termination of care.

NJ Child Care Subsidy—We accept the New Jersey Child Care Subsidy Program although families are responsible for the difference in our tuition and the amount covered by the subsidy. Information about subsidies can be found at childcarenj.gov
